Hi Andy, Frank and I just want to let you and your staff know how pleased we were with the late afternoon repair of the "crank position Sensor" on our SUV. When I was sitting in the parking lot at Fry's at 1:45PM with an appointment at Harper PT at 2, I was sure we would not be able to get the problem fixed until Monday at the earliest. I tried to start the car and knew the sound I was hearing was not good. On my third try, somehow the starter caught and I drove to Harpers with the "Check Engine" light on, calling Frank to come to Harpers with the golf cart. I planned to leave the car running so that he could take the car straight over to your facility. After my PT session, Frank picked me up and we went over to learn what problem had been found ( which they had done) and sign off on the work order. We knew we could get through the weekend without the car and were absolutely amazed, when your shop called before the end of the afternoon to say it was ready! Wow, for Richard and Curtis to take the initiative to check for the part locally and finish the repair, was above and beyond. Plus, Frank really appreciated the shuttle service - golf carting on Anthem Way is not something either of us cares to do! Great work! I do plan to stop by on Monday and thank them personally for their efforts. Again, thank you and your employees for providing such great local service.

I would highly recommend using Tobias Automotive for their superior customer service, going the extra mile to diagnose the problem with your vehicle so that you do not incur expenses that are not necessary, and caring for their customers. Andy Tobias was the most professional, understanding, and caring individual that I have done business with in many years. Andy went above and beyond while dealing with me. I was not the most polite individual to deal with but he listened to what I had to say, he offered explanations and solutions to my unhappiness. He cared enough to ask what they can do in the future to avoid the feelings that I had. He cared if I would be a returning customer even though I was not a polite customer. Tobias Automotive is very professional, excellent customer service and listening skills. And used plenty of patience while dealing with me.

I just wanted to send you a word of thanks. My son was in from CA during Christmas and his car broke down. You were EXTREMELY helpful and the work was done quickly and at a fair price. We also had a second vehicle that needed repairs. A neighboring competitor quoted me almost $2,000 dollars and told me not to even drive the vehicle until the repairs were made. Your team made the repairs for FAR less than the other quote and the vehicle is running great. The few times we've had to bring a car to Tobias, your mechanics tell me what needs to be done (and what really doesn't need to be done), it is done at a very fair price and completed on time without much disruption to my personal schedule. I've heard some unfavorable comments made about Tobias Automotive, but I have to say they have always done well by me. They rescued me when my transmission went out. They managed to tweak our 1968 Road Runner so that it would pass emissions. Then they set it back so it ran fine again. They have the blessing of AAA. I'd say to give them a shot and judge for yourself. I always appreciate when a business is family owned and has an interest in the community.

I had a bulb out in my passenger side and went to Pep Boys to have them replace the bulb. They replaced a different bulb and I called Tobias and they told me to come up and they would take care of it for me. I was in and out in less than the time I spent at Pep Boys. We moved to AZ 5 months ago and needed service on our SUV. Being new to the area we had no idea where to go and who to trust to do the work. We had several folks recommend Tobias Auto. I called Andy, the owner, to let him know what we needed. Andy came to the house, picked the car up, called later that day with his observations of work needed and a VERY fair estimate. I gave the go ahead and he brought the car back to the house that evening. Andy was terrific and the work done was professionally completed and very timely. I am writing this from a bit of a different prospective. I am a vendor to Tobias Automotive and they are the type of business that helps other business be successful. They have been completely above board with us over the years. They know what they want, they are ready with their due diligence when it is time for us to execute, are courteous and pay promptly.
